Room was new-fashioned and spotlessly clean.
Lovely room with TV and air conditioning, for instance. Favourable, excellent location so close to the town centre, good shops and restaurants, and the quayside which has plenty of bars/restaurants, courteous staff. 10 minutes' walk to Exeter Quay...

Breakfast was good. Friday evening was good food. Saturday eve no staff so no cooking. My husband had cataract operation earlier so we could not go out. One minute we could have chips etc next thing no only pizza. Bit of a shambles.
When I was leaving Sunday the staff argued we had not payed for dog. My husband was at hospital and I needed to fetch him. After much delay and me calling him they let me leave. We have the receipt it was not logged on their computer system properly.

Besides, the location was exceptionally nice for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a hulking red - brick museum. This hotel was in an excellent area short walk to city centre as well as Exeter quay.
